- I am finally publishing my book, Creating Value in Portfolio Company Operations. It describes how to approach Private Equity value creation and maximize business cash flow. It discusses top line and bottom line levers to realize the value and gives the reader a practical guide of what needs to be considered.

Why did you decide to pursue this venture?
- I have wanted to write a book for a while. I took a bit of time off to accomplish this lifelong desire.

What has the journey been like?
- It is amazing! It is a lengthy process to be done right with multiple re-writes, editorial reviews, illustrative work, and interior design work.
I decided not to pursue a publisher. I wanted full editorial on my book and the publishing process is not that expensive. There are a number of great platforms to get support to finalize your piece of work. Amazing and Barnes and Noble are very easy to work with!
