Obinna Obilo, W’04, WG’08, is a Senior Vice President at BNY Mellon in Credit Management, and has evaluated hundreds of corporate credit lending transactions while leading strategic initiatives related to credit management, risk and technology.
Obinna is also a poet and author and remains passionate about mentorship, volunteerism, community engagement. He published a new book in September 2020, entitled "Memories of the Future", and also serves on the Board of the Nigerian Healthcare Foundation, a medical mission-focused NGO.
Obinna studied Finance and Management with a Minor in Africa Studies as a Wharton/Penn undergrad before receiving his MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance at Wharton. He currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
